This completely refurbished first floor maisonette sleeps up to 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), with a travel cot available on request. There is a lounge diner and a well equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom features a bath, separate shower and wc. There is also an additional separate wc next to the main bathroom.
Gas central heating, 24 hour hot water. Power points throughout. Towels and linen are included within the tariff. Off road parking for one car.

Master bedroom with king size double bed, side cabinets with touch on/off lights, spacious fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

Double Bedroom
Features a good size bright and airy room, double bed with double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lights.

Twin Bedroom
Two single beds with wardrobe, bedside light, mirror and chest of drawers.

Lounge/Diner
2 comfortable leather settees, a modern dining table and 6 chairs, colour T.V. with DVD player, gas central heating.

Kitchen
Modern fitted kitchen with all new appliances including: Gas Hob, Electric oven, washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge and Freezer. Full Kitchen inventory with crockery, cutlery and cooking hardware and utensils.

Modern bathroom including bath, washbasin, WC, shower.
